Individual Psychotherapy — In-Person Services and Virtual, HIPAA Compliant Meetings
Some (but not all) of the many common presenting issues of my clients:
Anxiety
Anxiety and worry can debilitate and/or cripple your ability to function in social, professional, or any other life setting. Sometimes our life experiences are a main contributor, or sometimes the anxiety can anchor around a poor or insecure sense-of-self.
Depression
Sadness, hopelessness, general malaise - another crippling issue that debilitates many; it is also (unfortunately) a natural part of life. Depression can impair or remove one’s ability to experience joy or contentment, and it can encourage isolation.
Interpersonal Issues
It can be difficult to navigate relationships, and our own feelings about ourselves can limit the people we allow around us, or the spaces we choose to inhabit. For some, harmful experiences with friends, family, or partners can foster negative patterns of thinking and behaving.
Gender Affirming Care
I have conducted research and practiced under the supervision of some of the leading psychologists specializing in gender affirming care, and I wholeheartedly support clients anywhere they may be in the gender spectrum.
Marital and Couples Therapy— In-Person Services and Virtual, HIPAA Compliant Meetings
Disagreement
Sometimes things happen. It could be a major life issue causing strife, maybe political differences, or maybe how you choose to load the dishwasher. Couples work can help you both figure out how to resolve conflict in a healthy, mutually beneficial way.
Infidelity
While some may believe that infidelity is a death knell for a relationship, it may not be.
Couples therapy can be a place to express authentic pain, anger, or any other emotion that may arise as a result of such a devastating occurrence.
Communication Issues
Sometimes we believe we are talking or conversing in ways that are expressive, yet may be blind to how hurtful it can be to be on the receiving end.
Couples work can help identify problematic ways of interacting or communicating, both verbal and nonverbal, and set you on a path to a healthier, more expressive partnership.
Pre-Marital (or LTP) Concerns
Marriage or long-term partnership (LTP) can be an anxiety-provoking event. Sometimes it helps to have someone there to help foster clear expectations, desires, and identify possible frays in the fabric of partnership.

Group Therapy— Coming Soon
Interpersonal Process Groups
Sometimes its not as helpful when you get feedback from your therapist, or maybe that therapist feedback is easy to dismiss because you deem them “too nice.”
A group is a great way to put yourself out there and practice vulnerability and “dare” to be open with others. Give and receive feedback in an open setting and watch yourself grow.
Men’s Groups
Men struggle with the pitfalls of masculinity and the “mask” we wear as we learn, operate, and encounter challenges as men.
Masculinity can definitely be toxic for men, as it poses a risk to authentic vulnerability, and inevitably causes isolation, loneliness, and a fear of “sharing too much.”
This is a place to NOT do that. This is a place to join together and feel close in ways that may not be accessible outside.
Gender Spectrum Support
The current world is not safe for those outside of the gender binary. This is a place to find solace, support, and to get a “breather” from microaggressions, overt aggression, and possible familial strife. We all need places to feel safe.
You are welcome here.
Grief and Loss
Death is inevitable. We all know it.
Yet we all seem to struggle to understand it, deal with it, and recognize its profound changes on how we think, feel, react, and interact with the world.
This is a place to let it all go. Cry, scream, shout, bargain… we are here.
